Major Incident Management (MIM) Dashboard

Welcome to the OIT Major Incident Management (MIM) Dashboard — 24x7 information for all major incident management.

Any major incident (service interruptions) that impacts our OIT services will be posted on this Major Incident Management Dashboard. The Service Desk will no longer send these types of notifications. From this dashboard, users can subscribe to receive email notifications about events for their own agency and/or other agencies as it happens or as daily or weekly summaries. This information will also be available on this site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, whether or not you subscribe.

Users can now subscribe to receive email notifications about incidents for their own agency and/or other agencies. 

To receive notifications, click on the agency tab(s) above you are interested in and sign up by clicking on the blue "Join group" button.

This is for major incidents only. Users will continue to receive Service Alerts for planned and emergency maintenance.
